Telligen is proud to announce that we have been appraised at level 3 for Services based on the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration, building on our existing maturity level 3 rating for Development. CMMI is a capability improvement framework that offers the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve performance.
This impacts the work that we do providing federal health solutions to 24 national programs and developing software and systems, such as Qualitrac, Telligen’s proprietary population health management application.
An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates that our processes are well characterized and understood; they are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods. Telligen’s set of standard processes has been established and improved over time. Simply put:
