Telligen is excited to announce its update on enhancements made to our latest Qualitrac release (2023.03). Our clinical and technical experts work year-round to enhance and advance the product, which is how we’re able to help our clients achieve their goals for quality and outcomes improvement, and cost savings.
New Assessment Scheduling Module
Qualitrac now fully supports a scheduling module for the coordination of scheduling and completing assessments with members.
Geo-Mapping – Utilizing geo-mapping functionality, users can select and schedule available time slots with an assessor directly from the assessor’s calendar. This eliminates the manual, labor-intensive work of scheduling via phone calls, emails, and letters and ensures the appointment time works for all parties. Our geo-mapping functionality has many configurable features and accounts for limiting assessor availability based on the travel distance to and between appointments booked on the same day.
Assessment Confirmation – Functionality for assessment schedules to indicate that an assessment appointment has been confirmed by all parties required to be present at the assessment.
Appointment Reschedules and Cancellations – When appointments need to be rescheduled, canceled, marked on hold…whatever the case may be our Assessment Scheduling module supports the scheduler with configurable workflows that include tracking outcome reasons.
Assessment Quality Assurance Review – Our Assessment Scheduling workflow contains a configurable option for performing quality reviews on assessments once completed. The quality review includes scoring and a workflow for addressing any corrections to the assessment that may be needed.
Scheduling and Assessment Reporting – New reports to support our Scheduling Assessment module that provide volume and stats regarding the different scheduling activities, assessments completed and the quality assurance outcomes.
Care Management Enhancements
Care Plan Panel Navigation – New side bar navigation on the Care Plan allows coaches and users to view the member’s problem or intervention list and view the status. This update also makes it easier for care coordinators to add directly to the problem list.
Responsive Care Plan – Updates to the Care Plan page to provide a better user experience for users working on different types of devices and ensure ease of viewing, even when the Care Plan is an extensive one.
Utilization Management Enhancements
Embedded Provider Search Panel – Update to the provider search panel when creating a UM request. Rather than being directed to a new search page, users now remain on the request page and can search and add a provider without leaving the request. This update helps to simplify the request process and steps taken for creating and submitting new requests.
PASRR Enhancements
PASRR Draft Mode – New watermark labeling on PASRR Level 2 assessments to indicate when the assessment is in draft mode. Often the assessment will be considered to be in draft mode if it is pending signature collections or has been reopened for editing. With this draft indicator, it ensures users obtaining a copy of the assessment from the portal are aware that the version they are viewing has not yet been finalized.
PASRR Level 2 Signature Process Changes – Updates to the signature collection process for Level 2’s where users can select specific users to route the assessment for signatures.
